    What is the easiest way to find a specific product on Myric.ca?
    The best and easiest way to find any products on Myric.ca is by either using the Site Search (located on the top bar) or by clicking on the Catalog button (located on the left navigation bar).

    Most users find that the catalog is the most convenient way to find any products.

    Do you sell spare parts?
    Yes, we do. As it is very difficult to list all the spare parts on the web we request that you please send us an E-Mail with your specific request at
    sales@myric.ca or simply fill out the Feedback form located under the  Customer Service section and we will get back to you with the price and availability.

    What if the item I am looking for is not available on your site? 
    Please send us your specific requests via E-Mail at
    sales@myric.ca and we will get back to you with an answer.

    How can I change my Address Information?
    When you order next time, an option will be provided for you to update the Master database and at that time you can change your contact information.

    Will my credit card number be safe?
    Yes, using your credit card at Myric.ca is safe because we have installed an industry standard 128-bit secure server technology to encrypt all credit card information gathered from our customers.

    Do you keep Credit Card Information on records?
    For your credit card safety we do not keep any credit card information on records. Therefore, you will have to enter the credit card information every time you want to order something from our site.

    Why should I open an online account?
    Opening an online account gives you great benefits:

  • Shop faster. Your personal information will be pre-filled for you when you checkout. You don't need to type your personal information over and over again.
  • Shop more conveniently. If you add something to your basket and want to leave the site, the basket will remember its contents if you visit us again within one week.
  • Track your order history. Forgot what you bought last year for your auntie's birthday? No problem! As a registered user, you will have access to all your past online orders.

    Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
    Yes. At the end of your transaction, you are shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. You will also receive an order confirmation and order number by email, which you can retain for your records.

    What are the payment options available to me?
    We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card or Certified cheques. We do not accept COD.  All prices are in Canadian dollars.

    I don’t feel comfortable in giving my credit card information online.  Can I call you to order products?
    If you do not want to use your credit card online from your home computer, you can get your order processed by calling to speak to a customer service representative at 1 - 403 299 0333 or use the mail in form to fax or mail your order. The fax numbers is 403-299-0334 or send us an E-mail at
    sales@myric.ca with your contact information and one of our sales representatives will be more than happy to give you a call back.

    What different delivery options you offer?
    Myric Electronics offers the following delivery options to its clients:

  • Carrier of our choice
  • Canada Post
  • Fedex
  • Canpar
  • Customer pick up from shop
    Please note: We usually process all orders within 24 hours. The above delivery information is a guideline, as we do not guarantee delivery dates.

    If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
    When you will receive your order will depend on the availability of the product and the shipping method you have selected. Please allow up to two additional days for credit verification.

    If I order more than one product, will I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
    Shipping & handling costs are calculated by shipment. Generally speaking it costs less to have your order shipped in one shipment but this may cause delays if products are backordered at the time of ordering. In such situations you will receive an E-Mail notification from our Customer Support.

    Can I purchase online and pick up my order at Myric Electronics Store in Calgary?
    Yes, you can pick up your order at Myric Electronics after you receive a phone call or an E-Mail from us stating that your order is ready for pick up. This option will save you money because you will not have to pay any shipping and handling charges. Please note that pickup is available only during our regular business hours. Please check the Contact Info section for our business hours.

    How can I track my Order?
    1. If the shopping was done using a guest account.
    To check your order status, click on the “Track your order” button located in the top right of the navigation bar or click here. Enter your order number and hit the Go button. This allows you to view your order status.

    2. If you shopped as a registered user.
    Log on with your user ID and Password

    What if I entered the wrong delivery information by error?

    support@myric.ca by email, and let us know so that we can correct the problem.

     

    Product Returns


    What is your return policy?
    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department is required in advance for all products and parts returned to Myric Electronics Ltd. If you wish to return merchandise: 

    1) Products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge if returned within 30 days of the invoice date (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). 

    2) Freight must be prepaid and value of Shipment insured at customer’s expense. IMPORTANT: packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as purchased -- with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. Returned orders with items missing will be deducted from the credit 

    3) Electrical parts, accessories and parts are non refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

    Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise.
